Investigation work on Lane Cove Road, Ryde, from Monday 12 February
The NSW Government is funding this investigation work at the intersection of Lane Cove Road and Buffalo Road as part of the NSW Safer Roads Program to improve road safety at intersections.
Roads and Maritime Services will be carrying out investigation work to confirm the location of underground utilities to finalise the design for an upgrade to the traffic lights.
The NSW Safer Roads Program provides treatments where there are clusters of crashes at intersections. These treatments aim to make NSW roads safer and reduce crashes on the road network.
Our work schedule
We will be onsite for two shifts between Monday 12 February and Friday 23 February, weather permitting. Our work hours will be between 8pm and 5am from Sunday to Friday.
How will the work affect you?
Our work may be noisy at times but we will do everything we can do minimise its impact, including completing the noisier activities by 11pm.
There will be temporary traffic changes during our work hours to ensure the work zone is safe.
Lane closures will be in place and may affect travel times. For the latest traffic updates, you can call 132 701, visit livetraffic.com or download the Live Traffic NSW App.
