NSW Taskforce on Tourism and National Parks - Final Report

The State Government's Tourism and National Parks Taskforce has released its report on opportunities for an enhanced level of sustainable nature tourism on NSW public lands, particularly national parks, marine parks and reserves.

NSW Tourism Strategy

As part of the Mini-Budget in November 2008, the State Government announced that Tourism NSW would receive $40 million over three and a half years to implement the new NSW Tourism Strategy. The Strategy was developed in consultation with the NSW tourism industry and provides a new direction to grow tourism in this State.

2008 NSW Tourism Awards winners announced

The NSW Tourism Awards recognise and celebrate the diverse range of tourism product throughout NSW and the outstanding individuals who promote and support the industry. Tourism NSW and Tourism Industry Council NSW are pleased to announce the results for the 2008 NSW Tourism Awards.

Brand NSW Brochure Guidelines

To help unify the marketing of the State to visitors, Tourism NSW has developed Brand NSW Brochure Guidelines to capitalise on the power of the brand and bring destinations together under a consistent 'look and feel'. The Guidelines are available free of charge to RTOs and Tourism Managers.
