Boundary Description 

Commencing at the junction of Pittwater Road with Epping Road: and bounded thence by the former road generally southerly, Magdala Road north-westerly, Cressy Road, a line across Kittys Creek, again Cressy Road, a line, again Cressy Road, a line through Pidding Park, and again Cressy Road south-westerly, Victoria Road north-westerly and generally westerly and Princes Street and its prolongation generally south-westerly to the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River; by that low water mark downwards to the mouth of Tarban Creek; by a line northerly across that creek; again by the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River downwards and the low water mark of the right bank of Lane Cove River upwards to Onion Point; by a line easterly to the low water mark of the left bank of Lane Cove River; by that low water mark and the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River, aforesaid, downwards to the generally western boundary of North Sydney Council; by part of that boundary generally north-easterly to North Shore Railway; by that railway generally north-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of Broughton Road; by that prolongation, road and its prolongation south-westerly, Gore Hill Freeway westerly, Pacific Highway generally north-easterly and Mowbray Road West and its prolongation (being part of the generally northern boundary of the Lane Cove Council) generally westerly to Lane Cove River; by that river and Porters Creek upwards to Wicks Road; by that road south-westerly and Epping Road, aforesaid, south-easterly to the point of commencement.
